In the beginning of the lockdown and social distancing, my street photography has been limited to short periods outside – on the way to the supermarket or to the garbage collection point in the neighborhood. Passing through an abandoned side street I never noticed before, I came across this Fiat 500, which has probably been rotting here for years. For me, this looked looked like a witness to a lost civilization in a post-apocalyptic world and perfectly caught my feelings about the world in this particular moment.
